Equipment Rental Terms
By placing this order, you agree to the following terms with Coatings HQ Supply.
Reservation Payment
A 50% non-refundable reservation payment (excluding the security deposit) is required to reserve equipment and block availability for your selected rental dates.
Remaining Balance & Deposit
The remaining balance and security deposit will be charged at pickup or delivery. The security deposit is placed as a temporary authorization hold and will be released after equipment is returned and inspected. Depending on your bank, this may take 7–10 days to reflect in your account.
Equipment Responsibility
You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered or picked up until it is returned and accepted by Coatings HQ Supply.
Late Returns
A 30-minute grace period applies. After this period, additional rental charges will apply.
Authorized Charges
You authorize Coatings HQ Supply to charge the payment method on file for rental fees, late returns, damage repairs, missing equipment, cleaning, and diamond tool wear.
Equipment Location
Equipment must remain at the listed jobsite unless written approval is provided.
Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to the full Equipment Rental Agreement.
